Cancellation Policy
Classy Lash Studio, we value your time as well as ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
• A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment (No-Show) will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the required notice time.
